If you’re experiencing issues with the Homely app, following these steps can often help resolve them.
Step 1: Clear the App Cache
For Android users:

Open your device’s Settings

Tap on Apps or Application Manager

Find and select Homely

Tap Storage

Tap Clear Cache
For iOS users:
iOS does not allow you to clear an app’s cache directly. Please continue to Step 2 to reinstall the app instead.
Step 2: Reinstall the Homely App

Uninstall the App:

Locate the Homely app on your home screen

Press and hold the app icon

Select Uninstall or Delete App

Restart your device (this step is recommended for best results)

Reinstall the App:
