Homely allows you, as the homeowner, to share key data about your heat pump’s operation with your installer. This data is used for diagnostic purposes, helping your installer identify potential issues and solutions remotely, without the need for a home visit.
You have full control over whether your installer can access this data, and you can revoke access at any time.
