Homely’s Connect tool is a browser-based tool for installers designed to help with the installation of both Homely and heat pumps. It also simplifies and streamlines the ongoing process of maintenance and diagnosis of heat pump issues.
Here’s how the app supports installers:

Getting started on Connect
To get started on Connect head over to our website and login to Connect using your Installer account. If you don’t already have an installer account, you’ll need to register here. If you haven’t already installed a Homely with your installer account, you’ll only see the demo hub called ‘The Edge’ on the map in Manchester. To add or remove hubs from Connect you can do this through the installer app, by following this guide.
