# What is Connect Pro
Homely’s Connect Pro tool is a browser-based tool for installers designed to help with the installation of both Homely and heat pumps. It also simplifies and streamlines the ongoing process of maintenance and diagnosis of heat pump issues.
Here’s how the app supports installers:
- **Manage Installations**: Oversee all heat pump installs across brands from one central platform.
- **Receive Alerts**: Get alerts on errors that the heat pump reports.
- **Data:** Review data and performance remotely without having to travel to site.
- **Changing Settings:** Remotely change settings and commissioning to fine-tune installs.
Connect is designed to save trips to site, costly trial and error and provide clear information for installers to make decisions easily.
#### Getting started on Connect
To get started on Connect Pro head over to our [website](https://www.homelyenergy.com/connect/) and [login to Connect Pro](https://prod.service-portal.homelyenergy.com/login) using your Installer account. If you don’t already have an installer account, you’ll need to register [here](https://www.homelyenergy.com/installer-app-registration/). To add or remove hubs from Connect Pro you can do this through the installer app, by following this [guide](https://evergreensmartpower.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IHKB/pages/930873350).
#### Getting Connect Pro
Homely now comes with 2 years’ of Connect Pro included. If you do not have the Pro features on your account please reach out to Homely support for assistance.
