The Home Page

When you first sign in to the Connect portal, you will be presented with an overview of your installations.

Map View

The main feature is a map displaying all your installations. Any properties currently experiencing issues will be highlighted in red, making it easy to identify sites requiring attention at a glance.

 

Search Bar

Below the map, you’ll find a search bar. This allows you to quickly locate individual properties by entering their address.

 

Installations Table

Beneath the search bar, there is a table that lists all your installations. This table provides key details, including:

  • Address of the property.

  • Heat pump brand in use.

  • Alerts reported, if any.

  • Installation date of the Homely system.

 

Viewing Property Details

To view further details about a specific property, simply click on the relevant row in the table. This will take you to a detailed overview of the selected installation, enabling you to troubleshoot or gather additional information.
