My heat pump isn't working as expected, what should I do?

  • Hot water is being activated when scheduled.
  • There are no orange or red lights on the Homely controller.
  • There are no greyed-out buttons or toggles in the Homely app.

If everything looks right but you’re still having trouble, there may be an issue with your heat pump itself.
