Security updates are released at least once every 6 (six) months when there is a pending security patch to apply. These updates may be more frequent, but this is our minimum intended level of service.
We provide security updates for a minimum of 5 (five) years after an initial product launch as standard. In the case of our current products:
Homely v1 is supported from its launch in November 2019 to at least November 2024.
Homely v3 is supported from its launch in March 2023 to at least March 2028.
