      Hot Water Only Mode

      The Hot Water Only mode, which can also be called Summer Mode, is a Homely setting that adjusts all heating set points to 12°C. This mode is specifically designed to prevent your heat pump from actively heating your property while ensuring your pipes are protected from unexpected cold conditions.

      How to Activate Hot Water Only Mode

      1. Navigate to the Heating screen in the Homely app.

      2. Locate the toggle labelled “Heating Schedule is Active”.

      3. Switch this toggle off to activate Hot Water Only mode.

       

      How it Works

      While in Hot Water Only mode, Homely will direct your heat pump to not heat your property. However, your system will continue to provide hot water at the scheduled times.

      If you wish to reactivate heating at any point, simply toggle “Heating Schedule is Active” back on, and your previously set heating schedule will resume.
