If you’ve changed installer for any reason, it’s important to know that your previous installer might still be able to view your system data.
There are two ways to manage this:
Option 1: Turn Off Installer Access Yourself
You can switch off access in the app by following the steps outlined here. This will stop your previous installer from seeing your data. However, please note that this also means your new installer won’t be able to access any useful diagnostic information either.
Option 2: Let Us Help
If you’d prefer, you can contact us via the form on our Contact Us page. Just let us know the email address of your old installer and the new one. We’ll take care of transferring access, so only your current installer can see your system data.
