While it is possible to use the Homely app on more than one device, we recommend using a single device to control your system wherever possible. This is because multiple users interacting with the app at the same time may cause conflicting commands, which can lead to unexpected behaviour in your heating system.
If you do wish to access Homely from multiple devices, you can do so by signing in with the same account details on each device. Logging in on a new device will not log you out of any others.
However, to ensure smooth operation and avoid potential control issues, it is best practice to limit usage to one primary device.
