If you have followed our Connecting to WiFi guide but are still experiencing issues, there are a few things to check regarding your broadband setup.
Check Your WiFi Band
Homely operates exclusively on the 2.4 GHz WiFi band and does not support 5 GHz connections. If your router is configured for 5 GHz only, you will need to contact your broadband provider to split your WiFi bands, ensuring both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are available.
Unsupported Routers
Some routers are incompatible with Homely and will not be recognized by the system. If you are using one of the routers listed below, you may need to consider using a different router to connect Homely successfully:
