If you’re seeing the following error on your heat pump controller then this is a heat pump error that is not related to your Homely system.
What should I do?
You should contact your installer or heat pump provider. They may:

Check the sensor which is presenting an error

Update the controller settings if needed
⚠️ Firmware Note – R290 Controllers
If you have an R290 controller and your system was installed in 2025 or prior, the heat pump controller may have a firmware issue which displays the E7 error. We recommend contacting your heat pump provider or installer.
