If you’re seeing the following error on your heat pump controller then this is a heat pump error that is not related to your Homely system.
What should I do?
You should contact your installer or heat pump provider. They will:

Check if all sensors are present and installed correctly

Update the controller settings if needed
⚠️ Firmware Note – R290 Controllers
If you have an R290 controller and your system was installed in or after 2025, a firmware bug may be causing this error. You will need to ask your installer to help you connect your controller to Wi-Fi. This will trigger a firmware update that should correct the issue automatically.
